iCam Support / Can't connect at times remotely

Awesome product guys!!!! I am having a few random connection problems though.
I am using iCam on my iPod Touch 2nd gen. I have to connect using whatever wifi is available to me in remote locations. On some wifi networks I have no problem connecting. On others I cannot connect. It's hit or miss. In the office (where my wifi is, it connects just fine).
Here is what my office wifi setup looks like:
2 Macs & 1 PC running iCamSource 1.1
Apple Airport Extreme connected to a Cisco 2600 router connected to a T1 line.
