i have this problem., too.

Last version of Atom, 3 GB ram.. , clear Win 7

3 IP camera , CPU always 90-100 % 

Perform Motion Detection is disabled.

Hi

I make a request for have Control for move from remote the ip cam in iPhone application.

 Tilt..up..down..left..right

My ip cam is a new Foscam ..18w



P.s.
Android application is very very ... Young....add a real time refresh please.
