iCam Pro Support / Icam pro hangs on connecting.

Had icam pro workin fine and with no changes to my network. fast forward 1 month with no changes, it will no longer connect to icam pro broker server.
What can I do to diagnose?

iCam Support / iCam 2.7.1 not recording motion events but still sending notifications

As the title states, getting notifications but i do not have any recordings any longer
Running on a mac. I read another user with Windlows having an issue and was provided a link to dl a program to clear the registry.
Is there a way to clear the registry on a mac if that could be the issue?
Using Airport Extreme.
