Buy "Push on Motion" again after reset?

Hi,

I Bought "Push on Motion" a while ago and it was working great.
A couple of days ago I restored and updated my iPhone software, and after launching iCam for the first time after reset I noticed that I had to buy "Push on Motion" again. Is this correct and what can I do to solve this problem.
Maybe it's not THAT much money, but I'm not going to pay for something I've paid for already.

You will not be charged twice if you are using the same iTunes account that you originally purchased the Push on Motion add-on with.
