ICam Not Working On iPhone
« on: December 12, 2009, 01:58:57 PM »
I installed the ICam source software on a Macbook Pro powerbook.  I am just testing now over my WIFI network - not 3G.  I HAVE AT&T DSL.  I am running the ICam client on my IPhone.  When I try to connect the ICam source software reports one connection, but NO video appears on my IPhone.  I only see the spinning wheel.  I don't receive any error messages, just the spinning wheel.  Do I need to forward ports?  Please advise.  Is there a manual for the product?

If you wait 30 to 60 seconds you will most likely see the Source Connection Error in iCam when trying to connect.

Do you have more than one router on your network? If so, that might be causing an issue, as connecting to the iCamSource on the same network over WiFi is one of the simpler configurations.
