iCam stopped working on Mac

Greetings,

I am hoping to receive some assistance. I am using a Logitech C910 webcam on my Mac Mini. It is running Mac OS X 10.9.2, iCamSource version is 2.7.2.2

Just this past week, it just stopped working for no apparent reason. I had reinstalled the logitech webcam software, but to no avail. When I first did the reinstall, I was able to launch the webcam from within logitech webcam software once, but ever since then, it would stop working. Whenever I launched icamsource, on the left column, it would say my mac mini webcam, but there is no video showing. However, when I just launched skype just now, under the preference there, the webcam video preview shows up, so this tells me that my webcam is not busted. Is there anyway to get further assistance. I also run icam 2.3.1 on ios as well. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Are you able to see a feed from the camera in the iCamSource preference pane?

The image in iCamSource is determined by the camera. Please make sure there aren’t any other video capture programs (such as Skype) running. They might be fighting iCamSource for access to the camera.

Hello,

I only installed Skype as a backup. I never use other video capture programs. In face, I have even restarted mac just to make sure there are no other programs will possibly take control. so I can assure you there are no other programs fighting for video capture  :(

Please send a screenshot of the iCamSource, with the camera selected, so we can verify the settings to support@skjm.com.
Also, please reference this post and and your username in your email.
