Prevent "downloading" of cgi file
« on: January 13, 2011, 08:52:22 AM »
I am trying to view one of my cameras and IE 8 keeps trying to download the cgi file. I asked SKJM support and they think the file format that my camera will view in is the cgi. Is there a way to make IE 8 or Windows 7 not want to download the cgi file so I can setup my new camera?

I am using a TrendNET IP-TV100W that works fine on iCam. I am having trouble with a TrendNET IP TV121W Camera.

Thanks

Internet Explorer isn't able to recognize that a cgi link is an MJPEG stream, but both Firefox and Google Chrome can, so you can try opening the link in one of those web browsers instead.
