I can see my camera if I go to http://skjm.com/icam/web/ but on my iphone it says No sources found.. Any ideas?

I am having the exact same problem... I had used this software and iPhone app for a long time without any trouble. Two things have happened recently that may be the problem: 1) The icam app was updated Oct 20th and 2) the iphone software also recently had an update.
I hope someone can help!!

I am indeed getting a "source connection error" when I try and connect via iPhone. I am going to try the tips listed here... Thought it might help my fellow poster...

ottanon is getting support via e-mail ... It looked like the iCam Login and Password combination entered into iCam did not match the one entered into the iCamSource.

Are you seeing the Source Connection Error when your iPhone is connected via 3G, WiFi, or both?
