iCamsource not working with MAC OS 10.4.11 on PPC G5

It was working fine, and then I added an extension cord to the USB camera and it stopped. I removed the extension, and it does not work. Chat app sees the camera fine, not iCamsource. What happened? I've reinstalled iCamsource, searched for drivers for the camera (Logitech, no drivers needed), removed all hubs and extra cords, no picture in iCamsource. Preferences list the camera, but no video.

Please make sure there aren’t any other video capture programs (such as Skype) running. They might be fighting iCamSource for access to the camera.
