iCam Pro Support / iCam Pro Android - device offline

Hello and thanks for allowing me to join the forum.

I have a problem with a security cam. I configured it to my wifi and I was able to view it on my Samsung Galaxy 7. Now I am away though when I try to log onto the cam it finds the device, tried to log in but I then get a message "device offline".

The wifi is definitely turned on in the house. Any suggestions if I can sort it out from a distance? Thanks.
