I need help here. I bought the monthly subscription to the cloud = nothing worked, except logging in and taking my money.
Purchased the one time fee of 9.99 = nothing except taking my money.
Bought a streaming iprolive app on my ios iphone and same result.
Sent email to this company requesting full refund and nothing.
I work in tech and this is not acceptable at all.

It appears that you emailed us 13 minutes before making this forum post. :(
I am truly sorry that a tech company not responding within 13 minutes on a Sunday is unacceptable to you, but I still hope we can solve any problems you may be having with our software. If not, then Apple will be able to grant you a full refund.
