iCam Support / Icam for Android Huawei Camera -> Macbook OSX -> OBS

Hi there, I want to use my Huawei mate 10 pro Android phone as a webcam and connect it to my macbook which is running OS Sierra then into OBS software to live stream on twitch. 

I got a few questions
1) Which Android app do I purchase? Icam Pro or Icam?
2) Does it support 4k resolution?
3) Can I use USB to reduce latency and will it show up on OBS?
