iCam Pro Support / Can I connect iphones and ipads as cameras to monitor with

I don't quite understand this thing.  I thought I could take an old iphone and ipad and hook it up or link it to this to use as additional cameras, but all I see are options to add web cams by entering a url for them.  Can someone let me know if this is even possible?  I don't have webcams, I only have a couple iphones, 2 mac computers and an ipad to use.
