Hi

I'm looking for a night vision IP camera for surveillance of a small room about 5x5 meters.
I can't find one locally so I am going to look it up on amazon.com

I need one that's high quality, high resolution and high fps rate, also i would like it to still have an acceptable fps rate at night vision, I am looking for one that's wired through Ethernet.

The room that I am going to place the camera in will be pitch black at times, there is no light source whatsoever at night.

I need Pan/tilt too, price wont matter.

Any recommendations?
