Can't get started

I have a windows vista new laptop and cannot get the start button to function. I want to log onto my SWANN security cameras at home and view them from my iphone on the ICam application. I have downloaded ICam Source and selected the Ethernet/WIFI tab and entered the URL for my cameras (the URL I use to access them from Internet Explorer.) I entered the login and password for my cameras and also for my login and password for SKJM, but the start button never highights. If I go to the USB/Firewire/Built in tab, I can see myself thru the webcam on my laptop....but that is not the camera that I want to access. I want the Ethernet/WIFI tab to work. What can I do differently?

We haven't seen a problem like that before.  Can you send a screenshot of the iCamSource window to support@skjm.com?  Please refer to this forum thread in your email.
