I have been using iCamSource for about a year. It is using my laptop camera and mic. It works great. I love this product.
I want to setup a wireless outdoor camera to add to my growing surveillance system, (which is only my laptop at this time).
I just bought a FOSCAM F19804P thinking it would be a simple matter of putting in the URL and away I go. Not so easy, maybe not even possible? Researching (after I bought it, dumb right), it appears my mistake might be the fact it is a H.264 camera?
As suggested, I tried all these and it did not work with my FOSCAM F19804P. The spaces are there only so the forum will let me post the links

http : //192.168.1.137:89/snapshot.cgi
http : //192.168.1.137:89/tmpfs/auto.jpg
Please help. I don't really know anything about webcams, but iCamSource made me feel comfortable taking this first step, and now I am trying to recover from my stumble.
Thank you.

One of the reasons I took a shot on the FOSCAM is so many of the recommended cameras are no longer available.

The FOSCAM F19804P is H.264 format and not compatible with iCamsource.

I believe previous FOSCAM's had a "hidden" jpeg URL that could be used with iCam....I seem to remember seeing a mention of this URL somewhere in this forum. Might be worth checking out.

I have a FOSCAM Fl9805P with I assume the same problem. Did you fine the hidden jpeg URL that OUAnthony was talking about?

Not the same model of Foscam, but maybe it will apply to yours as well.
