I have a DLink DCS-6620g wireless camera.  I downloaded the beta icamsource version 1.2.5 beta, but still unable to access on my iphone.  I can't find any technical support telephone number to get support.  Can I view a wireless DCS-6620g from my iphone?

What URL are you entering into iCamSource exactly?

There are three known URLs for D-Link cameras:

http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yy/video/mjpg.cgi           - MJPEG mode
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yy/cgi-bin/video.jpg       - JPEG mode
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:yy/IMAGE.jpg                - JPEG mode

Where xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx is replaced with your camera's IP address and yy is replaced with your camera's port.

Have you tried those URLs yet?  If so, what error message do you see when it doesn't work for each URL?

I tried the mjpeg url exactly as you stated.  I get error message:

"404 - webcam url not found"

For certain, I know the url inputed it correct.  The d-link 6620g is configured for mjpeg, and this camera can be remotely accessed, but not accessed on my 3g iphone.

I tried the /cgi-bin/video.jpg and icamsources displayed an image.  However, on my iphone, I get the message:

"No Sources Found.  There are currently no running icamsources associated with your existing login and password."

The most common reason for that error is if the login/password on the iPhone don't match the login/password in iCamSource on the computer.  Make sure the login/password are exactly the same on iCam on the iPhone and in iCamSource on the computer.  Upper and lower case does matter.

The other possible cause is if your computer is unable to connect to the Broker Server.  I can figure out the cause of the problem if I get your computer's IP address.  Please go to http://whatismyip.com in your computer's web browser and email your computer's IP address to support@skjm.com.  Please refer to this forum thread in your email.
