Author Topic: No video but audio only iPhone 5's ICAM trying to connect to IPCAM on iPad  (Read 16908 times)

I wasn't sure where to post this and its quite frustrating...here is my dilemma:  the Icamsource connects to my ipad running IPCAM as well as the built in isight camera.  When I use my Iphone 5 over ATT 4G it connects to the icamsource on my macbook air.  The isight camera comes across fine with both video and audio....however my Ipad cam running IPCAM only has audio...no video. 

Ive given up at this piont but is there something I may have missed?

After clicking start in icamsource on the computer, can you see the iPad's video in icamsource? If not, SKJM will have to help you, as I've never used IPCam. If you can see the video in icamsource, then you're likely experiencing a port forwarding issue. Do you have the "auto config router" box checked in icamsource? And have you verified that uPNP is enabled on your router? If the auto config/uPNP option doesn't work for you, you'll likely have to set up manual port forwarding.
