iCam Support / iCamSource not installing?

I just bought the iCam app for the iPhone, but the software is not installing on my computer 

I'll press the setup, then it will say "Installing Visual C++ Runtime Libraries (x86)..."

and from there, it doesnt do anything, or..., its not doing anything YET.

Also I'm running on vista
