Are you trying to connect a USB webcam in addition to your Built-In iSight? Or are you connecting two external USB webcams?

I'm having the exact same problem. I have a mac pro. whats the deal? I can run iCam and iChat at the same time, why doesnt this work!!!

What are the two USB webcams you are using? Are you plugging them directly into the computer? Have you tried other USB ports? Are you able to connect to one camera with PhotoBooth and the other with iChat?

If you choose "No Audio" for the iCamSources does that help?
