Just not working fine to me..
« on: February 22, 2015, 11:33:14 AM »
Greetings!
I bought IcamPro, I have a problem.
I own three webcam, 2x Logitech C270 and C170 one.
Any two can work in IcamPro, but not three. This is the first problem. (in regulary icamsource could work) Another problem is that after a reboot the computer IcamProSource forget to include a widescreen! Every time!
The third problem is that the computer shutting down so often that I leave it in sleep mode. After waking up, the software remembers the picture when it was turned off and jamming, standing frozen image.
 :(

Are you running iCamSource Pro on the same computer you previously ran the original iCamSource on?

Are you running iCamSource Pro on a Mac or Windows computer? The Windows version does have a known bug on waking from sleep. The bug has been fixed and the fix will be in an update that’s coming soon.

Regarding the widescreen problem, does that happen every time you quite and relaunche iCamSource Pro, or only when you reboot?

What happens when the 3 cameras don’t work?  Does iCamSource Pro show an error message or is the video window blank for that camera?  Or does the video show up correctly in iCamSource Pro but not in iCam Pro on the phone?

Also, make sure you're running the latest version of iCamSource Pro available on our Support Pages here: http://skjm.com/icampro/support.php Older versions had a bug that wouldn’t show video for certain cameras

sometimes show an error that the same two cameras and one automaticly delete, and sometimes works but the picture is nowhere - not on pc, not on iphone. I use the latest version.
whether there is a beta version to use? When you plan put new version of icamsourcePro?

The duplicate camera message is only shown if the Device ID matches for two or more entries in the Cameras list. In other words, you may have two entries for one of your cameras in the Cameras List instead of the two different cameras. The Device ID is unique for each webcam (even if they are the same Brand/Model).

The solution is to delete one of the duplicate entries and add the other camera from the Video Drop Down Menu.

Sometimes he wiped a camera, sometimes only display an error. Basically, a problem that is created illogical - Teamwiever in the startup. Teamwiever himself took one webcam and always focus on one randomly -  no picture. The only solution was to set Teamwiever as delay start and now is relatively ok.
Icsp still do not remember widescreen + the problem of waking after sleep mode.
Greetings! We are waiting for update:-))

Are you currently running iCamSource Pro 1.1? If so, please make update to the latest version of iCamSource Pro available here: http://skjm.com/icampro/support.php

Also, you can try cleaning the iCamSource Pro registry. To do that, please download and run (double-click) this file: http://skjm.com/icampro/CleaniCamProKey.reg

That will erase the current iCamSource Pro settings in your registry. You will need to re-enter all of your settings, but hopefully the problem will be resolved if it’s due to a problem in the registry.

Greeting!
I own 2 of the Logitech camera C170. However, iCamsource Pro tells me that one camera is duplicated (but is not the same webcam) and automatically it wipes new added camera. I'm not really choose of the same camera. Is there help?

btw, do you work on some update server/app?

Do you see both cameras in the Video Drop Down Menu?
