I have purchased icamsource pro and Icam pro app and the icamsource mobile app.  Computer is a macbook pro - using the internal camera.  Iphone is a 6plus running Ios9.  Router is the Motorolla NVG589.

1. Cannot find source while on same network. IcamSource Pro says connected to server
2. Attempted to manually map port to 13000 per instructions - did not help
3. Disabled auto-configure router - did not help
4. Checked password / id - they are the same on both the 6plus and the macbook

I am not sure what else to try - but would appreciate any assistance.  I would need this to work on my local network before being able to try remote access.

Do you ever see that error message when your phone is connected to the same local Wi-Fi network as the computer running iCamSource Pro?

1. If you are running iCam Pro and iCamSource Pro, please make sure that you are also running iCamSource Pro Mobile (not iCamSource Mobile). It is available on our Support Pages here: http://skjm.com/icampro/support.php

2. What instructions are you referring to. Here’s more information about using port forwarding with iCamSource here: http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?topic=402.0

3. Instead of manually configuring your router, have you tried enabling Proxy Support. More information about Proxy Support can be found on our Support Pages here: http://skjm.com/icampro/help/proxy.php

4. Please note, iCam and iCam Pro are not compatible with each other. If you are running iCam Pro, please make sure that the all related Apps are the Pro version.

Thanks.  I only have two sources- a Mac Mini and a Macbook pro.  I am using the mobile phone only to view the camera's.  I have enabled and purchased Proxy support.  All of my sources are on the same network.  When the phone is on the same network - I can see one of the sources - but not the other.  Both are configured with the same id password.  Both are configured identically and are on the same network - except one attaches to the network through wifi and the other through a cable.  I cannot see the one on the cable.

I have followed all instructions - I did open a port on my modem - I do see that the port is open using a port checker tool.  I can only see one of the two icam pro's - and ONLY when I'm on my own network.  The other remains shut down. I did run the defaults write script on both computers using terminal.

I can now see both camera's - however, only when I'm on the same network.

I have opened port range 12000 to 12100 on my router.
I then set one computer to listen to port 12001 and the other to 12000.

As said - when on my home network - I can see both camera's - but I cannot see them when not on my network.

Please send a screenshot of your router’s settings to support@skjm.com, so we can verify your settings. Please reference this post (http://skjm.com/forum/index.php?topic=6422.new;topicseen#new) and your username in your email.
