iCam Pro VS iCam

I have had and loved iCam for years. What are the advantages to upgrading to iCamPro? Is there still a lifetime subscription available? What is it?

So far I only use the one built-in camera on my Macbook laptop, but plan on expanding the amount of cameras (and replacing the macbook) soon.

This is great. Do I need to Uninstall the iCam from my laptop and mobile devices before downloading the iCamPro, or will it write over the existing program automatically?  Will I need to go through the re-configuratinon process again?

I am not super tech-savvy so the possibility of having to reconfigure is daunting and could prevent my upgrading.

iCam Pro does not replace iCam so yes, you will need to uninstall iCam/iCamSource and reconfigure your settings before using iCam Pro.
