Cannot connect over the web

Hi ive just tried the software and am just using a laptop with built in webcam

It works fine if i use the app on my phone over wifi on same network but cannot get it to work if connecting over the web

what are the steps to enable this?

I select auto-config router and enable public proxy

on my mobile i get source connection error
one or more of the icamsources returned by the icam broker server could not be connected

if i try over icamweb it just constantly says connecting

Please let me know what status message appears next to the Auto-Config Router checkbox when you run iCamSource with that option enabled.
