Is the Foscam FI9821W Supported?

Can anyone tell me if the Foscam FI9821W is supported? I have been trying to set it up in the ICAM Source Pro for Windows and it continues to tell me that the IP camera could not be connected. I have used the help files and validated the correct IP of the camera. Any Thoughts?

iCam Pro supports Built-In, FireWire or USB Webcams and DV Cameras as well as select MJPEG-compatible Network IP Cameras.

That particular model of Foscam (http://foscam.us/foscam-fi9821w-megapixel-wireless-ip-camera.html) supports H.264 and therefore is not compatible with iCam Pro.
