Do you see the double picture every single time you start up the computer, or does it only happen if you double click on the iCamSource icon?

If it only happens when you double-click the icon, please try killing the iCamSource process in Task Manager before you double-click the icon. Does it work normally in that case?

It is normal when I kill it in task manager. Usually the icon is in the task tray with other programs I run. And it doesn't open a second occurrence.

It may be a timing issue with startup. If you are able to put a delay in the scheduler before it launches iCamSource that might resolve it.

In the scheduler setup I have it delayed for 1 minute.  The next option is delayed for 30 minutes.   Any suggestions?

We've never tested iCamSource with the scheduler you are using. You can try testing it with the delay set for 30 minutes. If the behavior still happens, then it's an issue with the way the scheduler launches it.  If it doesn't happen, it's a timing problem.

Does this only cause a problem when you want to change the settings in iCamSource? Are you changing the settings regularly?
