Problems on configuring IP Camera Foscam F18918W

Hi!

I just bought a IP camera Foscam F18919W. It can't seem to find the camera's IP address when the IP config application tries to find it?

IP Config is the App that lets you use your iPhone, iPod touch, iPad, or Mac to connect supported "Windows Only" Ethernet and WiFi network IP cameras to your local network. - http://skjm.com/ipcamconfig/

Foscam is not a "Windows Only" camera. To set up your camera on your computer, please use the utility disk provided by Foscam.
