on the icam source preference I can see my live video view but on iphone i only

on my iphone i only see a old still picture of me. I even setup icam source preference for iphone alerts. it does alert me when it sees motion, but when i go to login on my iphone its just that same old still image of me. What am i'm doing wrong?

never mind i restarted computer, i can see everything now.
