"Who Lite" App Icon Instead of iCam icon?

Hey everybody, My girlfriend and I both have iCam and we LOVE it, today she noticed her icon was different, it says "who lite".. I told her to do a hard reset, which didn't fix it, I then told her to uninstall and re install.. which didn't work either, so here I am asking for help. Any thoughts?

I searched around, and it seems that is a common problem with the new iPhone 3.0 software.

There are a few suggested solutions in the comments for that article and in the Apple Support Forum threads referenced in the article.  They seemed to work for some people and not for others, so you should probably try the simple ones first.  Several people seemed to have luck removing the app using the iTunes software on their computer, then re-installing it from iTunes on their computer. (but other people said that didn't work for them)
