2 iPhones running off the same network ?

Is there anyway to put this app on another iPhone that isn't registered to my computer and running off the same cameras/network ?

Yes, you can download it on multiple iDevices without being charged a second time.

Would I just drag this from my iTunes folder to a jumpdrive and install it on there computer ?    example - Someone is going to watch my dog and instead of me giving my phone to them, how can I give the program  ?

The only way that iPhone apps can be installed on a second iPhone without charge is if the second iPhone is logged into the same iTunes account that was originally used to purchase the app.
