npr story- sushi chef?

First off, GREAT app!!
I first heard of ispy listening to a story on NPR about a guy who was addicted to it (now I am, but that's another story). He referred to a camera that was pointed at a sushi chef somewhere in Asia.
I've looked for the cam pointed on a sushi chef, but haven't been able to find one. Anyone know which cam it is?

That really does sound interesting, especially since I am into sushi!

Maybe you can look at NPR's web site to find that story and listen to it again? :o

The cam is open 11:00 - 14:30 and 16:30 - 22:40 (japanese time). It's closed on Mondays.
