DATA sent when in use...

When iCamSource is running is it sending any DATA over the internet if I'm not viewing it on my iPod?

The reason being I have been using iCam now for a few weeks and this month I have had a warning from my ISP that I have used 75% of my monthly DATA. Never had a warning before.

I can not see it being iCam as I only check it maybe 4-5 times a day when I'm at work

I assume it is not sending a constant stream of DATA unless I'm viewing it?

You are correct: The iCamSource running on your computer only streams video / audio data when iCam is connected. When iCam is not connected it does send 128 bytes every 10 seconds or so to our broker servers, basically keeping the connection alive.

128 bytes every 10 seconds is about 1 MB a day ... Which is probably about how much is downloaded when you open a web page or two in your web browser.
