Ya know, I have tried and done everything you have suggested and it still does not work.  Forwarded this and forwarded that.  Add ports etc.  This is crazy that it is this hard to get to work when it worked on the original program.  I updated and guess what.   It does not work.   Im done!!!!!

I have done all this things that you have stated , but we still cannot use our cameras.   Do you have the old original download for the icam.   The cameras, the internet and all worked then.  But I cant get them to work now.  I want and need this thing to work.

Thanks

iCam Support / Can I put my DVR live feed into iCam?

I have a Honeywell DVR with 4 cameras attached to it. I can view the camera feed locally just fine, but I want to view it remotely when I go out of town. Is there a way I can use iCam to view my cameras remotely?

Is there a way to stop the icam long distance, or turn off somehow.   The alert is going off constantly!  I have had to turn off my volume on my phone.  Not at home to turn it off.  It's not set for super sensitive.  Just normal, but it's going crazy!    Help

:)Ok,  I have an Imac.  I have one built in camera, and one longitech camera and they are working fine.  Have second longitech camera, plugged in directly to computer as well.  When I add this 2nd camera,  the list for choosing which camera comes up with longitech camera 2.   I add that but it does not register.   Am I doing something wrong?   I have 2 big imacs I can only get the built in, and one longitech camera per computer to work.  Any help appreciated.   Thanks

How many cameras can you add to one computer?   Dont you have to have a download with a screen, for each camera?    Three cameras, 3 picture screens, 4 cameras, 4 picture screens?     Is this correct.   Or one screen, and keep adding new cameras to one screen picture.

Thanks

iCam Support / Getting video from another persons icam!!
« on: January 04, 2011, 08:31:44 AM »
Just wanted to see what you thought.  During the holidays our phones started chirping with icam push notices.   Well, our icam was not turned on.   Our phones were getting pictures from another someone else's icam!   The source  was saying 4:30 pm UK(the next day), when it was around 8 or so pm at my location.  It was live, with movement and sound.    We had to turn the phones off to stop getting the push notifications.  What caused this?   That is rather scarry!!!  That has never happened before.

Any suggestions?

Has anyone figured out what cameras work with the Mac computers that does not take an act of congress to figure out?  I sure hope so.  I love this app and I want to watch my house while we are gone.  I want to use Wireless, and USB.   Thanks
