Hi!

In earlier versions of iCamsource it was possible to add two fields to define the port forwarding range via the terminal with this command:

Code: [Select]
defaults write com.skjm.icamsource PortRangeSet -bool true
If I try that with 2.8.4 on El Capitain there are no fields added to define the port range.  :(

How can I enable the two fields to define the port range?

Thanks!

iCam Support / Still not working
« on: December 01, 2012, 04:39:50 AM »
I am using two Macs with Mountain Lion and set up the port forwarding for both Macs. I restarted the iCam Source software and there is in both settings windows the port forwarding option visible. One with 12000-12100, the second with 12200-12300. The port check website states, that all UPD  ports are open.

  • Access via the "iCam Web" website: Working
  • Access via the iPhone App on Wifi: Working
  • Access via the iPhone App on 3G: Source Connection Error

Why can I access my cams via the website but not from the iPhone App?

Thanks in advance!

iCam Support / iCam stopped working / Lion / White Picture
« on: June 09, 2012, 01:54:04 AM »
Hi!

I use a Mac Mini with Lion and an Apple LED Display with a built in iSight. That worked great for months but stopped working now properly.

It is possible to start iCam but it shows only a complete white picture. If I check the functionality of the built in webcam with the iChat video preview the cam shows a perfect picture. So the iCam app seems to be responsible for this problem.

Additionally iCam transmits no image to the iPhone or iPad App.

I've downloaded, reinstalled and reboot my Mac but the problem is still the same.

How can I solve this issue?

Thanks in advance!

Cheers, MZwei
