iCam Pro Support / iCamSouce Pro crashing iMac's
« on: December 07, 2016, 04:03:46 PM »
I have 2 iMacs at 2 separate locations running iOS 10.12.1 Sierra and iCamSource Pro 1.3 that have both been experiencing the same problem for around the past 2 weeks.  Once or twice throughout the day (could be after hours of using the computer, or within minutes) the computer slows to almost a halt.  I get the colored spinning wheel and most of the time have to hard reboot the computer, because it takes forever to even close apps to restart properly.  I’ve been shutting down different programs to see what’s causing the issue and today I found that iCamSource Pro is the issue.  I set up my activity monitor and every time the computer starts acting up, I see that iCamSource Pro is not responding.  It takes some time to get the computer to finally respond, but if I can quit iCamSource Pro, the computer will start functioning correctly again.

iCam Pro Support / Not working without wifi, please read carefully
« on: May 11, 2016, 08:49:58 AM »
Hello,

I've been running iCamSource Pro at my home and office for years.  For the past few months I've been having the following problem:

When trying to view my 3 home camera's from LTE or 4G signal (strong signal) the pane on the iPhone shows boxes where my home cameras should be, but no picture.  I eventually get a source connection error.  My 2 office camera's show up right away.  If I turn on wifi on my iPhone at either my office, home, or any other wifi network, both the 2 office cameras and 3 home cameras show up.
Basically it's as if when my phone doesn't have the best possible signal, the home cameras do not show. It's odd since I believe the iPhone is not connecting directly to the home network, but the iCamPro Source server. Both computers are pretty new iMacs running 10.11.4. and my iPhone 6 is running 9.3.1

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

iCam Pro Support / Camera locks up
« on: January 14, 2016, 10:11:08 AM »
Hello,

Ever since upgrading my iMac's to El Capitan 10.11.2 my built in camera's on 2 of my Mac's lock up.  When I open iCam pro on my phone, it looks as if the camera is working, but it's not live, it's just the last thing the camera recorded.  When I stop and then restart iCamSourcePro on the iMac, the camera becomes live again.  This is happening with 2 different iMacs at 2 different locations which were just recently upgrade to El Capitan.  It's been happening every day or so.

iCam Support / Loss of audio
« on: March 11, 2010, 08:44:09 AM »
Ever since I started using iCam on my imac's running snow leopard, I lose audio after a period of time.  Not sure how long, but probably after a few hours.  It's easy to get back by stopping and starting the icam source on the imac's.  My two imac's will intermittently lose audio at different times.  I'm running the icam source using the internal camera on both imac's.  I'm wondering what would make the audio time out and I assume that since it's happening on my 2 very similar units in different locations that others are experiencing the same problem.
