iCam Pro Support / HELP

Okay I downloaded and install icamsource on my phone (5 dollar app) but its not working with my computer.
second I downloaded and installed icam Pro and it works on my computer (iMac) and i can view it from my iPad and iPhone but only if they are connected to wifi? what is the point of this if i cannot access them remotely on 4GLTE or other wifi connections? I can't seem to get the notifications going as well please help?
