Can you remove the frequent proxy request pop ups that happen multiple times I use the app. I've already indicated in the settings as to what I want. I'm not likely to change this just because I get bombarded with dialog boxes that I have to keep cancelling.
I don't really need multiple reminders EvERY time I use the app. It's not as it is a freemium app as I paid for it.
I'm now getting the app to crash pretty much soon after I start it. Both as an administrator, and as a standard user. I've deleted and re-installed the app - and cleared the cam plist files with no success. I've sent you the crash logs, so would hope for your view as to why this is happening.
Here's a weird one. I can only access all the cameras (in two locations from two icamsources) if I put an iPad in the router's DMZ. Other iPads outside the DMZ (or taking the working iPad outside of the DMZ) cannot access the second more remote site. Anyone got any thoughts on why this could be? Switching the firewall on the router off has no effect.
My iPad can see both my iCamSources (one local, one remote) and picks up 'most' of the Remote cameras - there is about a second delay before 2 or 3 (out of 4) of the camera sources show up.
On my ipad2 (same network etc.) I can't access the remote iCamSource at all! Any ideas?
With the iPad2, the orientation of the screen is always upside down (for me at least). Would it be possible to have a choice on the setup options so that I don't have to shake and wait for the screen to re-orientate.
I know it is a minor thing, but I'd appreciate it!
I have two Macs at two locations - one with 4 IP Cams connected, and one with 7, (both connected with the same login/password) and while I get to see all 11 cameras through iCamweb reliably, trying to access the cameras through the iPad app is intermittent - with the screen splitting to 16 blocks (which is correct) but only occasionally one or two of the pictures from one source being available, but more often, the "One or More..." message coming up.
Both iCamSource apps on the macs show they are connected to the server. The iPad is on the same network as the mac I'm using to check iCamWeb. Changing the user name on both sets of cameras doesn't seem to make any difference.
Closing the local iCamSource makes two of the remote cams from the other iCamSource turn up! I'm using version 2.2.2.1.
Can't see what the problem is - when turning on, the screen shows 'connecting....' and nothing else although setting auto-config router gives an error: ERROR : UPnP 3 : NAT-PMP 3,-7,61. The cameras are coming up in the window, so the local config is OK - just can't access it externally from the network. Any help appreciated!
