Sorry for the delay - the camera will not let you delete the username or leave it blank. I was able to remove the password, but i received the same error in icamsource pro. It still works without problem in Firefox

Not sure if this makes a difference, but I seem to only be able to open the URL in Firefox. In IE 11, when I input the URL, the browser asks if I want to open or save the file - if i open it, it just keeps loading a file with an ever increasing file size, but nothing displays. In Chrome, after i input the username and password, nothing seems to happen.

Hello,

I am trying to connect my Trendnet TV-IP851WIC to iCamSourcePro (v 1.0.2), but each time I receive the following error:

401 - Webcam Authorization Failure - Please make sure that the Camera Login and Password are correct and try again.

I am connecting to the camera through the network IP (192.168.1.150) and have tried all of the URLs suggested by the SKJM support page - i am confident the username and password are correct. Could anyone please shed some light on what the problem may be?

Thanks!
