Ok.
But in my computer they are months old with no webm file.  Will getting the cloud help?

I notice that when I look into a local folder with the files from the camera,  it's like .nfo or .raw, which I cannot access with anything.  Some of my other cameras have .wbem    Why can't I view any files that are coming in as .nfo or .raw?  IF I order the Cloud recording, will it translate these files into something I can actually view?? or is it a setting on some of my camera's that's making these show up like this?  Thanks..

I recently purchased 2   FDT 720 cameras that were Foscam originally.  Work great.. easy set up and no problems..  They have their own software too, but I use it with iCam..  the camera cannot be moved on the iCam Pro software, but I move it with the FDT software. 

My questions are: Is this something that will be corrected at some point so I can move the camera remotely with iCam software?
And:  I'm thinking about buying same camera but 1080 Res.   Will that be ok with iCam Pro as far as Cloud or local storage?  I'm thinking about getting the cloud through iCam, but currently I just have the files saved on my computer as they come in.

I realized after my last message that I may've had the emailing of video mixed up with my Ring doorbell which does allow sending of videos.
I'll look into getting the cloud to try it. Can I cancel that service at anytime if I get it and don't use it or don't like it?

I'd like to save the videos or share them if possible.
Don't have the cloud yet but would be nice to have them saved.

I've used iCam for a long time..  Always liked it, and was always able to email video direct from my phone.. text or email as I recall.  However, recently, when I seem to be emailing or texting a video, only a photo gets sent.  I have iCam Pro and have had it for some time now.  What changed? It's either not working right or something is different than it used to be.   Also, would like to know the difference between having the CLOUD service, vs just viewing my videos.   Seems I have NO way to actually save or share a file currently, but I always was able to before. Is this what the cloud service is for now?

Actually, currently I'm just using my iMac Dec 2012v..  I have 2 IP cameras and the iMac camera itself. Sometimes, I turn on the macbook and I pick up the 4th camera off the macbook.  I haven't even been using that though.. it's not on and not part of the problem.  So, I have 1 iMac and 2 ip camera's with that. Total 3 camera's.

I sent info in email..  crash report and activity monitor.  thanks..Rick

Ok.. So what is the answer to it for now?  Yes, I have 4 camera's going.  1 iMac, a Macbook, 1 Cysco and a Foscam.
Will there be a fix to it? 
I can send you the crash report...  Do I send it here?

 Basically, I always had it on for years and worked great.. now I go away and when I look it up, it has quit..  I go home to my iMac and it's not open anymore..  Everyday.    Ever since 2.8 I believe..
Should I send crash log here?   It's very long..  thanks..

I thought I had fixed it by deleting the plist file and then I had to put in all the info again.. It worked for a while, but then started to close by itself later in the day.. crashed or something.. I don't know, but it quits at some point.

I haven't had time to redo the plist again, but that's what I will try eventually.. I'm on 10.9.1 now.. but I may have still been on 10.9 when I fixed it the first time.. so maybe redoing the plist with it already on 10.9.1 will do the trick..
