iCam Support / A couple of cams missing - updated
« on: February 16, 2016, 09:36:24 AM »
Two issues, one question

I switched from iPhone to Android; after using iCam for many years...

One:
Am I missing something, the Android app doesn't have all of the controls that the iPhone app had (delete events, change settings...)?

Two:
Several of my cams (that work perfectly on iPad (several) and Android tablet) don't show up on my Galaxy Note5.  I get the Source Connection Error popup.  This just started in the past week or so.

what am I doing wrong

When is an Android Wear enabled version coming?

Is there any way to eliminate the creation of a new directory for each new event. I would be fine with all the jpg's in one directory, given they are already time stamped file names.

It's an old intel create and share cs430. I have it connected to an XP box.  It started working after a reboot. It looks like it actually has two drivers, one for twain and the other for directx.

Is it possible to connect to a Twain compatible device?

I finally gave up on this...I could see images on both adapters at the same time, but eventually it would BSOD

iCam Support / Issue running 2 EasyCap DC60 (STK1160) usb adapters

I seem to have some issue running two Easycap usb adapters on a Vista machine.  Both adapters show up, but only one will display an image in Icamsource, the other only shows a grey image.  Both adapters are producing images, I can swap the video from one to the other and the picture (that shows up) changes to the other cam.

Icamsource knows that there are two different adapters; even though they have the exact same names in the drop-down.  If I choose the first one in a two separate camera window, the program says there are duplicates and removes one of them.  If I carefully select the first Easycap listed, then add another cam with the second Easycap listed, only the first cam displays an image, the other is grey.

So, is there a trick or something to get the second or any number beyond one EasyCap DC60 adapters to work with Icamsource?
