JoeB72 - There was a bug in versions 2.4 and 2.4.1 that prevented the Logitech PTZ functions from working correctly in certain situations.  That particular bug has been fixed in version 2.4.2.

You can get version 2.4.2 here: http://skjm.com/icam/iCamSetup2.4.2.exe

Please let me know if that fix resolves your problem.

Thanks for your quick response.  I installed 2.4.2 and it didn't resolve the problem.  Sometimes it crashes when I hit Start button (like version 2.4 did before 2.4.1 was released).  Sometimes it gets started and it crashes when I try to swipe (pan & tilt) on the iPhone app.   No pan & tilt yet  :'(

Have you cleaned the registry, if not please download and run (double-click) this file: http://skjm.com/icam/CleaniCamKey.reg

That will erase the current iCamSource settings in your registry. You will need to re-enter all of your settings, but hopefully the problem will be resolved if it's due to a problem in the registry.

Hello, I uninstalled the application, deleted the iCamsource folder and cleaned the registry then installed again version 2.4.2
and as soon as I hit Start button the application crashes just like version 2.4 did.  I hit Start a second time and it crashes again.
..hit Start a third time and it starts this time however no pan & tilt yet.  Has anyone here in the forum succeded making pan & tilt work with
a Logitech Orbit AF on a Windows 7 64bit machine?

Is your webcam plugged into a USB hub or extension cable? If so, please try plugging it directly into the computer.

Make sure that Windows is fully updated through Windows Update and that you have the latest drivers installed for your webcam.

Also, please make sure there aren't any other video capture programs (such as Skype) running. They might be fighting iCamSource for access to the camera.

Hello, yes the Logitech Orbit AF webcam is plugged in directly into my computer.
Windows is fully updated and the latest drivers of the webcam are installed
There are no other video capture programs running
I'm sticking with version 2.4.1 for now, even if no PTZ functions are working, because 2.4.2 is still an unstable version
I'm really looking forward to have PTZ functions available from my iCam app
Thanks for your work

I've got a Logitech Orbit/Sphere AF and can't get the pan and tilt to function.  I have iCam 2.1.1 on my iPhone 4 and iCamSource 2.4.1 on my Windows 7 64bit PC.
