Title: How can I get audio working with Amcrest IP camera?
Post by: wfiveash on January 14, 2017, 01:51:51 PM
So I have figured out how to access the MJPEG video stream from my Amcrest IP2M-841 1080p IP camera (I used http://192.168.1.137/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?subtype=1 as the URL in iCam and have the video sub stream enabled on the camera using MJPEG encoding) I can not figure out how to access the audio stream.  I have both the main and sub audio streams enabled using AAC encoding but when I configure the icamsource URL to http://192.168.1.137/cgi-bin/mjpg/video.cgi?channel=1&subtype=1 I get neither video or audio.  Does icamsource pro support audio from this type of IP camera?

Note, I have a similar issue with a D-Link DCS-932 IP camera that I am also using with icamsource pro.

The iCamSource Pro does not currently support audio from that camera, but it may be something that is added in the future.
