Title: icam shows video-icam pro no video

just installed icam pro to my computer and tried to start the program but camera view wont show up on screen, still have icam app and closed icam pro opened icam and camera view shows in box, whats wrong with icam pro ? if it works on regular icam it should work no problems on icam pro

Thank you for your post, and I am sorry that you are having problems.

I apologize for the delayed response. Please make sure you Quit iCamSource before attempting to Start iCamSource Pro. They might be fighting iCamSource for access to the camera.

Also, what is the Brand/Model of your camera?
