Any chance this baby monitor would work with iCAM?

I looked up the camera and the specs do not say which video compression is used. You might want to contact the manufacturer.

iCam supports Built-In, FireWire or USB Webcams and DV Cameras as well as MJPEG-compatible Network IP Cameras. As rjgvt mentioned, your camera's specifications (http://mylevana.com/product/Astra_PTZ_Baby_Video_Monitor.eng-57-details.html) do no say which video compression is used.
