Title: Norton 360 Version 6.1.2.10

I just purchased Norton 360 2012 Version 6.1.2.10 and have been unable to view iCam over 3G.  Has anyone else experienced difficulties?  Your help is appreciated...

Sounds like it probably includes a firewall...so you'll need to add rules to the firewall to allow icamsource.exe to communicate with the Internet. If you use DropBox to backup your motion events, you might make sure it's able to connect too.

I did set up a rule, maybe there is more to the rule.  I will try to modify it.
