The latest BETA iCamSource (2.3.4) includes a number of memory usage improvements for Mac OS X 10.7 Lion, as well as some overall CPU improvements for all supported Mac OS X versions.
The new version can be downloaded from the iCam Support page or form the link below:

UPDATE - Version 2.3.4.1 fixes a bug that could cause the iCamSource to crash if a network IP camera returned invalid image data.
UPDATE #2 - Version 2.3.4.2 fixes a bug where motion was not being detected for USB webcams when running on Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard).
UPDATE #3 - Version 2.3.4.3 fixes additional bugs that could cause the iCamSource to crash if a network IP camera returned invalid image data.
