Title: 3g connection

i am using ipcam rear camera on my ipad and monitoring it on my iphone  works great on wifi but will not connect on 3g.  Why?

ipCam won't work over 3G because you would have to be able to configure the mobile 3G provider's routers to allow you to accept incoming connections directly to your phone.
