The iChatr application has currently been removed from the App Store due to reports of a number of users exposing themselves during the random video chat sessions.
We are currently discussing possible solutions to the problem with Apple.
(This is why we can’t have nice things.)
a block feature might do the trick. surely if the iphone can connect me to a given random person with another iphone, it knows enough for me to block it?
I tried it for several hours the other night and actually did find a couple people with whom I could just shoot the breeze for a minute or two.
Oh yeah, if you are the guys who wrote this app, pretty nifty, but Good Lord is it hard to find you.

I had the displeasure to see a couple having full-on intercourse and saw more sausage then a German festival. I agree it needed to be removed.
A few bad seeds ruined a great app.
I’m sure a solution is a pain, but maybe a flagging / banning system, 5 flags = 1 day ban. As a flag happens send a photo of both local and remote for records.
Track flagging and those who are abusing the flagging get banned for 1 week.
Something like that. Again, sad people were pervs. Great app.
